Text Scratchpad is built as a 100% offline-first, client-side application. Any text you draft or dictate within the App is saved exclusively in your browser or device's local storage. Your data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
The App contains zero external dependencies, zero third-party tracking scripts, and zero analytics software.
If you use voice-to-text dictation, the App relies entirely on your device's native operating system dictation services (such as Android Gboard or Apple Dictation). We do not request, access, or record microphone data directly.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Because we do not collect contact information, we encourage you to review this page periodically if you wish to stay informed of any updates.
